Julie Zuckerberg is the current Executive Talent Acquisition head at Deutsche Bank. At City University of New York-Brooklyn College, that is where Julie graduated with a degree and honors in Philosophy. Later on, she enrolled herself in the study of Law at New York Law School. Julie Zuckerberg has mastered a couple of skills that blend in with her career. These skills include conflict resolution, executive search, talent management, employee training, coaching, sourcing, and team leadership. At times, Julie dedicates her time to some volunteer programs like animal welfare, economic empowerment, human rights, economic empowerment, technology development, arts, and conserving culture.

From November 2002, Julie Zuckerberg did a stint of five years at Hudson where she recruited attorneys, case managers, paralegals, support staff in permanent and temporary posts. She also disseminated her clients on the working conditions, promotions, and benefit opportunities. Her position acted as the bridge between employees and customers when there was any work-related issue to be solved. Another major responsibility she had was to ensure Hudson complied with all Tax and legal requirements.

Starting from October 2007 to November 2013, Julie Zuckerberg worked for Citi Global Functions in New York City and Citi Global Consumer Bank. Her services provided a full life cycle recruiting for Director and Managing Director level roles for CitiCards and Citi Global Consumer Marketing. Julie Zuckerberg also advised business entrepreneurs on recruiting strategies, compensation trends, competitive markets, how to retain and attract talent. She led the development and negotiations of complicated job offers that had equity buyouts, claw backs, deferred awards, immigration, relocation, among others issues.

Julie’s employment at Deutsche Bank in April 2014 made a positive impact on the market. She consulted and partnered with the hiring managers at Deutsche Bank for the recruitment of Managing Director and Director hires. Julie Zuckerberg also managed contract governance with external search firms and business relationships with other organizations. Her roles at Deutsche Bank included implementing and designing a couple of regulatory-based initiatives like CCAR and IHC mandates.

In November 2015 Julie’s role at the bank was broadened, and her new responsibilities include collaborating with business entrepreneurs in Commercial Clients, Global Technology, Operations, and Private Wealth. Julie still continues to head improvements in recruitment processes and acquisition strategies. She also offers strategic direction to the team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators in GTO, PW&CC, and AM. Julie also gives advice to the leadership committees around the best recruitment and hiring practices.

 

Julie’s Hobbies and Interests

When Julie Zuckerberg is not at work, she engages in other activities which are not work-related. Julie who currently resides in Manhattan, New York is interested in running, art, technology, food, and photography.
